Service Policy

To fully understand this policy, please read in its entirety prior to booking any appointments at Lush Distinctions. In order for us to provide impeccable customer service, we kindly requests that all clients remain timely for their appointments. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy!

PRIOR PERMANENT MAKEUP

​Please contact us to discuss prior to booking your appointment. It is imperative that we are able to see previous work to ensure that it can be covered. Failure to do so may result in disappointment and cancellation fee due to loss of appointment.

By Consultation Only

6-8 WEEK TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS 

All clients will be scheduled for their 6-8 week touch up appointment immediately following their initial session. We understand that circumstances may arise, if you need to reschedule this appointment we kindly ask that you reach out us no later than 48 hours in advanced, failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. In the event that a client NO SHOWS to their 6-8 week touch up they will be required to pay the full price of an annual color boost ($250), if they wish to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Lush Distinctions accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders.

All PERMANENT MAKEUP appointments require $50 non-refundable deposit reserve the appointment. the $50 deposit will be deducted from the treatment total and the remaining balance will be due immediately after your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to contact us prior to 48 hours in advance, this will result in the card on file being charged a 50% cancellation fee, THAT IS NON- REFUNDABLE.

For any client that cancels three consecutive appointments and wishes to reschedule, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee equaling 50% of the requested service. The remaining balance will be charged after the service is rendered.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who no show to scheduled appointments and fail to notify the business will be charged 50% of their scheduled service.

Clients who no show to their 6-8 week touch up appointment will be required to pay the full $250 color boost price.
